Shoot the Assault first their bad attitude shall help us except the beet down we took from the assault rifles.
At 8 am I am assuming the HMG will stand alone again! AR is now secondary to the HMG! |

What CCP did to the tanks they will do to the HMG. I hope its not that crazy! I love the HMG but I dont want it to be super OP

Although I have moved onto being a support Logi, I will always be a Heavy at heart. Knowing the HMG will finally see some attention is great news for all former and current Heavies.
In addition, if these changes go well, I'd like to see some fixes to Scouts, as they need more help than anyone else right now. |

Hey, anyone want to set up a channel/squad here after downtime?
Full squads of heavies and such, maybe a logi with a core focused here or there.
I don't understand why HMGs don't rip people to shreds anyways. I mean, it's not like heavies really have any other wp potential besides AV stuff.

The HMG is working correctly in CQC. ITS ABOUT TIME. Mid range I wont try using it. Works very will within 25m. Dont try pushing over that. If you do want more range the freedom HMG is for you. Now to get maybe one other suit??

Okay so basically...
They increased the rate of fire from 2000 to 2400, and fixed the dispersion problem. It melts people at close range, great for indoors or hiding around corners.
Also amazing when sneaking up on people. They can't even turn around fast enough before you kill them.
Oh, and lots of headshots for some reason.

I have forge guns, HMGs, and ARs all to around the same level (proto)
New HMG is nice but I still find my rifle better at handling rail rifles, and since they're the hard counter to heavies right now, I'll probably still stick with my AR. Can't beat having range

do you think CEOPyrex is the voice of scouts? you realize in that video he practically brick tanked the scout and used it much like an assault suit?
they are better, but they still need work.

I been using LR/RR with scanner and ScR/RR with repper all basic on basic commando snuck in about 20 LR kills so far today.
If strength were all, tiger would not fear scorpion.

I had a snow day. Office was closed. Spent the day playing Crash Gaden, my Heavy. First time I have had fun in Dust since 1.7 dropped.
I kept outrunning my logi though. I need to work on playing with logi.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else, there is the Learning Coalition.

There is no need to hate on other classes, as we all need each other to be complete, and without one class the other wouldn't be able to function properly.
Just think about how much this game would suck for heavies without Medium Frames

I lot of those medium range kills had multiple people attacking the same target. Still, looked great. I'm definitely happy with the changes. |

You realize that would make a 1600 eHP Heavy have almost 2240 eHP in reality right?
That heavy better be slow as HELL.
