Let me share what inspired this post.
I had a game where an enemy railtank was sitting on top of a friendly drop uplink. There was at least 8 guys sitting on top of him, and nobody was spawning AV because there wasn't much he could do about it. I feel like we should have punished him for staying there.

If no one was going AV, that's their own fault. Shotguns don't need to be any good against HAVs.

ROFL dont use that uplink and spawn with AV. |
