Is your reading comprehension that bad?
They're saying 'stop QQing because your swarms won't kill tanks! That's a forge's job!'
And that's it.
Neither mentions nerfing at all in either post.
(Unnecessary line break)
Guess OP was an utter fabrication after all? And who listens to Anmol anyway?
(BTW Spkr, most of us don't sacrifice infantry to have a competent tank - I've got a proto logi with a full rack of proto equips on top of my proto turret'ed tank.
>Cosgar: You know, tanks are actually paper thin once their modules are in cooldown.

This wasn't the only two times, as many other posts have actually said to nerf SLs to make it to where they can only kill LAVs. I linked those two because I am still fishing through the forums for the rest. Who should we listen to? I can pull up almost anything about what a LOLTank Brigadier said and you would probably say "Well who listens to him/her anyways. And stop with the unnecessary line breaks already! Why does everyone keep doing this.

Then you need to find those ones first, before posting irrelevant ones. I was fully prepared to believe that some of us had said that (by the way, it's something O'Dell and others have been suggesting for months).

Validity of the tread OP aside (I don't keep up on threads, for all I know he could be right or wrong), you are basically saying that swarms should only be good vs LAV's. They are useless against dropships and only good against mediocre tanks unless you have 3-4 swarmers firing in tandem (almost impossible with AI infantry running everywhere), so why should swarms even exist in Dust if they are only good for killing crappy tank fits and LAV's? You know, just out of curiosity.
Not my argument, haha. I'm fine with swarms being viable AV against tanks. Usually though the logic is that swarms are for killing DSes, LAVs and (presumably) other airborne vehicles (assuming we ever get them). Whether or not they are good at killing any of those things is another point entirely.
I'm just pointing out that OP's examples utterly failed to illustrate his point.

All this bullshit makes tankers like me that want actual balance (I.e: swarms are ******* **** right now) look bad It was referencing the people who want to make Swarm Launchers only viable against LAVs. I may not be Merriam Webster, but I think that is encompassed under the definition of "nerf". And it's also a great way to guarantee that nobody will ever use them. A win/win for pilots.
While I agree that swarms are UP right now, and could use a lock range buff and a 10% or thereabouts damage buff...
leaving them as is in no way constitutes a nerf. I imagine that Webster (and more importantly, Oxford) would agree with me.
