Yup .... so many guys are running HAV thinking they have skill please give us back the means to show them how to drive
previous to this update, tanks were strategic , holding areas or pressing the opposition if a tanker over extended himself he died ...
now we've got EZ tank514
pull up, activate modules, shoot until victory .... there is no way for infantry to repel them |

Av is **** currently. Tanks could handle 1.6 av now. The way it is currently bad tankers don't get killed at all except by other tanks.

If 2 guys set out with decent AV nades, along with PLC/Swarm
that should be enough to drop a HAV especially if he hangs around long enough for 5/6 AV nades
think back to Battlefield 3 ... - one guy could rpg a tank in 3/4 shots solo if you hit the weak spots in dust it should be the same, if a HAV is too dumb to avoid AV he deserves to lose his tank
also 3/4 RE placed on a tank, again if a HAV driver is dump enough to sit still while you cover him in RE, he should lose the tank
If a HAV drives over a pile of PE he deserves to die as he could have looked first
right now AV is hopeless |

back to BF3 lolwut? In any case HAV are like race cars, when they take dmg they can teleport themselves out of the danger zone with zero risk.
Not only are they nigh invincible to infrantry they can, at will, egresss tfaway from combat. |

I get two shotted by proto Assult Forge guns in my Gunlogi, saying that it did 8600 damage to me, other than that being bugged damage or imposable it dosent mean i still dont get two shotted. Tower forge gunners can kill tanks all day still because there is few places to hide once your hardeners turn off. |

Tanks is BF3 where similar to HAV in Dust before this update, they should be OP but once they leave safe zones they can be messed up, I dont know why they changed it |

The only effective form of AV is other tanks, which ruins the game for those of us who prefer having a gun in our hands. |

AV is broken. Prototype AV weapons (forges, swarms, grenades) cannot reliably deal with a 70k ISK militia tank driven with 0 SP.

Forge needs its charge time reduced, Swarms could use either damage or range, but lets see what the speed changes do first.

I do Av and tanking. There was 4 tanks circling a cru and the whole enemy team was spawning Av. They were slaughtered. Pegasus asked me"is this wrong" I replied "ya, but ffuck em". They never stood a chance. The one guy that broke free chose to hack the objective instead of providing anuplink for his team. He lived a minute longer than everyone else. |

They're easy to deal with in pubs at least. Plant 9+ REs on a vehicle and crash it into the side or back of a tank and the exploding truck sets off the REs killing the tank.

I just want AV grenades to be slightly more powerful. Maybe somewhere between 1.6 and 1.7 balance. If I'm getting that close to a vehicle, I feel like I should be a little scarier to them if I opt to use grenades dedicated to destroying them.
Maybe reduce the range a bit to compensate.

AV didn't need a nerf I can pull out and militia tank and go 20 and 0 most of the time The only people saying AV should stay as it is are tankers who don't want to think, I know because I didn't have to think when I used a 80k isk tank |

Proto AV....all that time. ISK and SP to end up with a pea shooter. Fu^k CCP. I want my SP back and a bigger swarm launcher. When u can't lock onto anything without being on top of it........I know, give me the ability to throw AV grenades across the map. It would make as much sense as what CCP has done to tanks....................NOT. How rediculous does this game have to be to make them understand we just want EQUAL opportunity.
