I believe that's exactly what happened with Eve Online.

As an eve beta player and 9 year eve online player, No, it's not at all what happen in eve online. Eve online was released with a working balanced skill system, every race was included. From there huge expansions of ships and things likemore stargates happened. But when it left beta, it left beta. It was a fine game and it didn't feel incomplete. No giant gaps in content preventing balance.

He did mention Heavies. Every build we just get ****** over and over again and CCP ignores us and scouts. Seriously, how long did you guys complain till CCP gave a "fix"?

May not of known about the lawsuit, but think everyone knew the "exiting of beta" was just a load of BS. When this game truly leaves the beta phase, it would only be proper to give everyone a respec.

Yah it was a lawsuit i think class action.. that made them launch... They had record Aurum sales in beta. And there was some legal thing about selling all the Aurum items for a product still officially in beta.

That's why when they launched Uprising they gave a full Aurum reimbursement back to everyone, except a few BPO items as there was some loop hole.

I'd like to start out that I tolerated the last build and now frankly i'm just another pee-on customer of CCP's after this one.

Yes I have spent some money on this game, $200 not counting the console that I had purchased that the BPO was taken away from me, might i add unfortunately because I thought I would have been treated like a customer just like any other business.

Although I did receive a fast response from CCP, it wasn't regarding my concerns about how as a customer/ loyal supporter (until now most likely) that I feel that I have been played for a fool.

Yes, I requested a respec / refund of spent in game currency. Yes I was denied on that basis that they offered this option to customers 6 months ago on a different build because of the changes that were implemented. However, this is not May, it is now Dec/ going into 2014.

I've been playing this game since about closed beta, no my stats aren't spectacular, I may not have a high k/d ratio, or able to dominate a round by myself. Sure I'm sitting on a cool 21 mil sp but I am average Joe player who enjoys a good game. A customer who feels that they should be treated as such.

Sure I enjoyed running a Taxi LAV, being a broken pilot, an over-shielded Caldari Logi, a Heavy terminator that can't aim, a walking death star laser guy, and a sharpshooter that can't hit the broadside of a barn. But now I'm cowering for a place to hide from 8 tanks because this update ruined my dropship, just like the last one that nerfed my heavy, or the one before that that killed my Caldari, or the one before that... Wow, seems that everything that I've tried playing has been changed on me, now where would that leave me.

Oh wait, the game isn't BETA anymore because of an avoided lawsuit, and I can't complain because I agreed to a EULA (as opposed to discussing my personal concern I was slapped in the face with that one, great support there CCP glad that I can contact you regarding my concerns so that you can hide behind an agreement and not support the people who play the game) .

Yes, I was advised, I could present feedback on the forums, but why should I even put the effort into building a better game if I'm not given the respect as a player to even play the game.

I've juggled the idea of starting a petition for the option to respec due to consistent changes to the game. However I don't think that it would merit putting in anymore time then the countless hours I've played supporting this game for over the the last year. That's right CCP, I, a customer, have supported your game for over a year now. Just thought that I'd point that out that you will not support your customer base, even the paying ones.

oh, dont worry about that come april all dust BPOs will be gone, made into eve BPOs, so you need to know an eve person to make it if you want to still use them. all because its messing with a fake market (ISK)
