But what you did was buy a TV and sign an agreement that somebody, every month or so, could come into your house
and re-tune it so you only got channels from Asia.

You signed, you agreed. it was a beta (A work in progress) it is STILL a work in progress and "subject to change".

Don't pump money into a free game! I'm annoyed with DUST but have spent nothing on it
so whatever, people are working on something which I can enjoy for free.

I don't think the fact anyone has spent money has anything to do with tank spam, you're getting shitted on just as much
as we are, you just decided to spend money which you didn't have to do.

I understand that there may be updates and changes on an ongoing basis, but if you spec yourself into a scout or even pilot or logi or heavy, you should also have the option to change your mind as opposed to having an agreement shoved in your direction.

I'd like to start out that I tolerated the last build and now frankly i'm just another pee-on customer of CCP's after this one.

Yes I have spent some money on this game, $200 not counting the console that I had purchased that the BPO was taken away from me, might i add unfortunately because I thought I would have been treated like a customer just like any other business.

Although I did receive a fast response from CCP, it wasn't regarding my concerns about how as a customer/ loyal supporter (until now most likely) that I feel that I have been played for a fool.

Yes, I requested a respec / refund of spent in game currency. Yes I was denied on that basis that they offered this option to customers 6 months ago on a different build because of the changes that were implemented. However, this is not May, it is now Dec/ going into 2014.

I've been playing this game since about closed beta, no my stats aren't spectacular, I may not have a high k/d ratio, or able to dominate a round by myself. Sure I'm sitting on a cool 21 mil sp but I am average Joe player who enjoys a good game. A customer who feels that they should be treated as such.

Sure I enjoyed running a Taxi LAV, being a broken pilot, an over-shielded Caldari Logi, a Heavy terminator that can't aim, a walking death star laser guy, and a sharpshooter that can't hit the broadside of a barn. But now I'm cowering for a place to hide from 8 tanks because this update ruined my dropship, just like the last one that nerfed my heavy, or the one before that that killed my Caldari, or the one before that... Wow, seems that everything that I've tried playing has been changed on me, now where would that leave me.

Oh wait, the game isn't BETA anymore because of an avoided lawsuit, and I can't complain because I agreed to a EULA (as opposed to discussing my personal concern I was slapped in the face with that one, great support there CCP glad that I can contact you regarding my concerns so that you can hide behind an agreement and not support the people who play the game) .

Yes, I was advised, I could present feedback on the forums, but why should I even put the effort into building a better game if I'm not given the respect as a player to even play the game.

They say you get what you pay for and thank you CCP this is exactly what I've received, a cheap night from the corner worker. And now I've got the clap, good thing I can take a chill pill and get rid of the disease.

I've juggled the idea of starting a petition for the option to respec due to consistent changes to the game. However I don't think that it would merit putting in anymore time then the countless hours I've played supporting this game for over the the last year. That's right CCP, I, a customer, have supported your game for over a year now. Just thought that I'd point that out that you will not support your customer base, even the paying ones.

Yup. Take for instance my post count, mine would probably be close to nil. I took the time to write ccp, they didn't take the time to address. So I'm doing as instructed, post it here and maybe they will care.
