Now you don't even have to detonate them yourself, all a tank has to do is run over them and it gives boom. Way to give infantry another crutch.
Still don't understand what is so hard about finding a tanker to squad with.

Learn to use proxy mines to keep you safe. Oh and they can't ram you if you're reversing, :D They tap you and it either blows up or sets them off as you're driving away, you take damage but no death.
Oh and it's rarely used in FW, because it bans you.

Why even bother sinking that much money into a tank, currently? The only thing a militia tanker really needs to fear is another tank...but even then, you can still lose one or two and come out of the battle ISK-positive given how dominant tanks are now. Try throwing together the cheapest build you can and see if it really makes a noticeable difference to your performance.

Why? Because I dominate every tank I've faced so far, forget bringing your militia tanks, they can't compete with proper, dare I say it, high calibre tankers, if there are any.
I play fairly, I'm expensive so when I die, It should feel like it hurt me. That risk factors into my gameplay, it's why I love tank battles.

Remote Explosives are sticky now. You can put them on the front of a LAV, ram something and blow up, this damage hits the Tank and if you stack them, you smash the tank instantly.

Honestly quit whining about remote charges...Im a tanker and a scout...tanks have a huge advantage over infantry with charges. Either their jihading you or you arent paying attention to your surroundings enough. Most of the time when i get up against a tank the thing rolls away out of luck and I have to sprint for cover again.

I think I see what your complaining about, and It's one of the lesser known AV secrets.
I'm not telling other pilots what the trick is, nor will I give them any other advice about it.

Apparently this is something that's happened recently because I've had tanks run over my REs this morning and no detonation.
Seems to me you're mixing them up with PMs because REs do not auto detonate outside of the JJs, they lack the ability to do so.

I would indeed if they were invisible but last i checked they are not invisible for infantry nor tanks. |
