I know I am, way to much risk for the abysmal payout, considering the guy who goes 0-12 with 50 WP for a turret hack get the same LP as I do for going 32-5 with 2500WP and losing 3 protosuits.
+1 for quiting FW until CCP makes worth running in non BPO suits.

No surprise seeing rebel scum tuckin tail and running...
yea it has major flaws, but its more competitive than loltankpubs and less laggy than the steaming pile over in molden heath.

FW has been good to me I dont see the problem.
Well other than the fact you dont get any isk for playing FW matches but that's a CCP game design issue and its up to them. |

Eh, I generally don't officially "quit" things, especially since I run BPO suits anyway, but the fact that I don't get paid real isk is probably going to make me spend more time in skirmish.
Seriously, until they get more worthwhile things in the faction store, it kind of feels like if you boss suddenly decided to start paying you with gift cards instead of real money! :D |

It was more competitive, when everyone thought lvl 10 meant 10000+ LP, Now its going to be all BPO's except for the grouped up squads of skilled players facing all the randoms who were grouped against them because they have all the races selected since they don't know any better. |

Theres no middle ground with fw, if you are not willing to give it your all to win regardless of how sht your blue team mates are then its not for you.
It really does suck though but even if you get killed repeatedly, its all or nothing anyway.

If the rewards were ok even if you lose it would be worse, there'd be afkers galore and no real incentive to win, people would half a$$ it and not really bother.
With it being all or nothing the gimps just give up and quit and the ones who go at it stay, it really separates the stat padders and weak ones from people who are truly happy to fight competitively with zero/minimal lag back to back battles.

Never joined it. Combining the lack of communication found in pubs with the friendly fire of PC toss in how you can FF by accident and the quality of the rewards makes it unappealing to me. |
