Maybe not that high, but definitely heavy enough that most of the ISK going from Eve to Dust will be forever lost to limbo. At least at first to help keep Dust's secondary market under control. Once the Eve and Dust economies are mostly matched, the tax would go down no doubt.

Sell paint buckets... Let us pay for corp colors and such. Simple system, tons of cash. Keep AUR stuff, but only permade tanks, permade dropsuits. Or special dropsuits with an unreleased weapon so you pay to test it.
I mean the LP store basically makes it so no one will spend AUR. But you can make more money on boosters and what ever happen to skill clusters? what were those suppose to be anyway? Please add things we will spend money on! Colors! Paint! Special items and snow ball launcher BPOs. |

You have to tax it pretty heavily because in Eve you make money so much quicker than in Dust.
Allowing a 1:1 transfer would just hurt players who don't play Eve. Most people in Dust are not billionaires. It's actually extremely hard to do without farming PC. But in Eve, you can make billions a day just in PVE.
And it's seemingly impossible to match the Isk between the economies without hurting logic. A galactic ship cannot cost same as a tank, or even 10 tanks.
You could probably make a transfer from Dust to Eve 1:1, but noone would use it. I think someone has done a transfer rate before...I'll have to see if I can find.

100 mil is plenty enough to fund protostomping for months on end, and a billion really isn't hard to get in EVE.
