I am frustrated to find out about the new combat rifle similar to the assault rifle that I would like when realizing that I would have to spend millions of SP to get proficient at it when I've already used that SP on the assault rifle. I do think it would be a nice gesture to reward loyal customers who have spent large amounts of time and money on the game with something free that is really valuable. The most valuable thing is SP, but it could be given in a very specific way.
What I am suggesting is that when you develop a new weapon, you give people skills in it who have already gained skills with similar weapons. Think of it this way: If you are already really good at racing a Honda motorcycle, it's not like you would have to almost start from the beginning to also be good at racing a Suzuki. You would just hop on that bike and within a couple of days you would be at the same skill level. It's the same with the new combat rifle. It's really close to a tactical assault rifle, which I have invested heavily in. It's just really frustrating to realize that it's going to take me forever to get skilled in the new rifle. Do you see my point? Accumulating SP takes a really really long time. I've spent about $150 on your game, which is a huge amount to spend on a game. Why not reward loyalty with something free? Right now I don't even feel like playing.
Here's an example of what I'm talking about: I record music. There's a French company called UVI that makes high-quality virtual instruments. I started out buying one for $100. They in turn gave me another $100 instrument for free. I, in turn, bought another $750 in instruments. They also have a holiday sale where everything is at least a quarter if not half off and they gave everyone a different free instrument. I am going to stick with them forever and, as far as I can tell, their business is thriving. |

I asked support to respec my character and zero out all of my SP on the assault rifle and put it all on the new combat rifle. Their reply was:
I am afraid we currently are unable to provide any respec to players, no matter the reason.
My reply was:
I am afraid I am currently unable to provide any money to Dust514, no matter the reason. |
