Seriously. They've made it painfully obvious that they don't care about you, your feelings, your thoughts, and this game. So why do you still keep making threads asking for a response? Haven't you seen by now that every post on the forums from the devs is nothing more than cryptic bullsh!t that doesn't even answer the original question. They obviously treat this game as a side project and are probably smoking the good stuff (re: CRACK) when they make this game and they could care less about how we feel about it. You also should have noticed by now that they ignore ALL (not just some, but literally all) posts concerning scouts, heavies, bugs, and glitches. What's a month to you? 2 weeks lol? They've been dropping updates by the month which is supposed to be 4 weeks to most people.

They don't break everything they put in from other patches. There usually are some bugs or even full blown mechanics(TTK) that need fixing but at the same time a lot gets improved upon and added in. Hell the TTK issue came in because the hit detection became good.

PC Lag has been going on for a while. It's like hit detection. They're trying but unfortunately they haven't hit nail on the head yet. Lag isn't as simple as coding anyway, and coding isn't even simple when you think about the bugs that come even after everything tested fine.

Can we have a devs views on this topic please?

Lol. We were stuck on chromosome for over 6 months, with similar but slightly smaller waiting times at the beginning of uprising. Only within the last 2 patches have they been releasing sooner. These things that are broken are core gameplay mechanics that CCP has continually ignored for the "shiney" effect. How can you possibly ignore that and defend them with "oh they are trying."

The main fix from last months patch was broken... again. (hit detection). How can you just overlook that with "oh they are trying." Maybe instead of release new weapons for suits that don't need them they should work on the core gameplay first. Oh but no, they'd rather release 2 new weapons for suits that already have several choices while they make the heavy even worse, yet they claim balance? How about the fact that HMG's have been broken since uprising was realease and all they can muster is "not working as intended."

1. I've been an EVE player for 10 years now, and EVE's update cycle is based on apx 6 months, so, consider yourself lucky being on a in general 1 month cycle for a game you play absolutely FREE unlike EVE players such as myself.

2. What has always infuriated me about threads like this is CCP is a corporation which means it has stakeholders that can read pissing and whining threads like this, thus potentially undermining confidence resulting in less money and less development.

The dev's make their living on the game, and the product determines the future of their careers, maybe kissing your ass every day in a forum doesn't pay the bills as much as actually programming nonstop.

Have you ever thought for even one second what a dev feels like after working a maybe third weekend without seeing a wife or kid to make your FREE update in time ever 4 weeks? Do you think he is more or less likely to be inspired to crate something even more enjoyable after reading this garbage?

3. In the, again, 10 years I've played EVE the game has improved, and shedded it's own skin so to speak so much it's shocking to see old videos. There is no other product like EVE and DUST is exactly as I remember EVE being and it's potential is just as great if not more, that is, unless the FREE part doesn't attract as many knuckledraggers as I see here now.

Frustration is understandable, especially in a game like this that is high stress all the time, compounded my the most moronic community in general I have ever seen in any game so far in my life except maybe WoW. Just go over to the EVE forums for a minute and glance over the posts there and compare them to here, it's like Romper Room on crack here compared to Harvard University over there. No wonder we call you dustbunnies.

if ccp had more than a month to push out updates almost nothing would bug
ccp listen to their community way more then alot of other companies
ccp are going to change heavies and scouts when all racial versions are out
