Today I started to think about how much a isk sink fw was. Suddenly i had a incredible idea. What if a eve pilot could cover your expenses in fw. You simply set up a contract with a pilot saying that they will pay for all of your equipment every time you fight in FW. There is no isk transfer. All you do is fight and they pay for your gear. Since a pilot would be a mercs employer, pilots will be able to cancel a contract when ever they want. If lost 100,000 isk in a fw match then the eve pilot would have to pay for it. Nothing would come out of the mercs pocket.

This sounds sort of like a bounty system, but from an Eve player against a whole faction.
I like it.

I just believe it would be easier to get paid in fw. I know for a fact that the amarr don't have these " circles ".

If you look at the prices of the gear in the LP store you would not think its that big of an SP sink.
8 000 isk and 155 LP for 1 proto dropsuit. Compared to 57 000 Isk for 1 dropsuit.
I do not have very high standings but I am pretty sure that running FW would be far cheaper in the long run. 8 000 isk for a proto dropsuit. For less than a million isk you can get 100 proto suits. That's a pretty good deal.
No you kill this blueberry hacking the CRU we are camping. I already killed the last 2.

It is a isk sink when you don't have your factions gear. Personally I fight for the amarr, but the only gear i use that is made by the amarr is the scr.

I wonder how much it would cost a eve player for the average merc to be contracted.

The economies aren't yet connected so an Eve isk does not equal a Dust isk anymore then an Icelandic isk.
