DUST Search - HAVs are waayyy to fast. From an infantrymans POV

Honestly me and a corp mate were driving around just having a good time with the tanks. They werent remade to make things perfectly balanced but fun to use. We werent even worried about getting kills, just trying to see who could get the most hangtime with our tanks XD Whereas a slowdown might be good, Its also really good that oribitals arent gonna be dropped on tanks as often with the high chance of outrunning it now. I personally like that its speedy time. Though an Lav actually will outpace them by quite a bit (is a shield tanker) unless the tank has nitrous. An unmodified lav can be caught up to eventually, but their way more maneuverable than the tank is. Personally, I think the speed has just made them massive amounts more fun to drive.

I was using my militia tank and saw an OB was being dropped didn't even have nitrous or anything and jetted before it could even begin raining down on me. Madrugars are faster right now actually they are only suppose to give 10% but they must have accidentally added another 0. complex injectors give 30% which is the maximum boost a vehicle can achieve. so yeah tanks are actually suppose to be a lot slower lol still trucks are really fun with this bugged mod, i wish we could make contract races with this bugged mod!

Went to this one planet in lonetreck that had a crazy bowl, so choice for catching some big air! hang loose brah!

Yeah the militia one doubles your speed, been using it for a while screwing around with tanks, so much fun! But this should help, most people are using armor tanks right now, they suck at turning, they get incredible straight line speeds but can't turn for crap, use this to your advantage, get him in a spot where he can't hit the fuel injector and take him down as quick as you can. There's a few ways to do this: use lots of teamwork with infantry, fire all AV weapons at once 2 blaster tanks outnumber 1, they will be able to kill it with enough time (and they're cheap) a rail tank should do it pretty easily (all railguns have gotten a huge buff in combat capability) set up a trap with remote explosives or my favorite...strap some bombs to a car and go kamikaze on their ass This is a signature.
