This module is the Militia Fuel Injector, giving ground vehicles a 100% speed boost, rather than 10%.
In comparison to the 30% the others variants give. Looks like somebody in CCP added an extra zero. Oops?
Also, I apologise to the tankers for revealing this to the general public, but hey, somebody was gonna say it, right?.. right guys?

Hay I called out the Fact swarm launchers don't delay the shield recharge on a gunnlogi when its hardeners are up

hey hey I also calld out why they don't effect the delay when hardners are up ( they don't break the damage threshold needed to delay shield recharge)

Well, it shouldn't because that's what hardeners do. It's like a 15-30 second window of invincibility. With a really long cooldown rate.
