Hey CCP, what happens when an EVE player is late to respond to an OB request?

Really no reason not to be ready, unless you want your ship to be blown up Dedicated heavy, tanker, and pilot. You could say i like heavy things.

Some even manage to get 3 orbitals down every 3 minutes if there are enough requests.

I have been a high security war declaration specialist. I have led fleets into battle. I have learned to fly from men and women I respect. I have taught new players how to be a pilot. In short, yes sir, I do fly. What will be your legacy? Will you rise, or will you fall?

In short, yes sir, I do fly. can confirm. most of it... I think I know 4/12ish so many names to remember. to OP, remember that the EvE pilot is risking 30 - 75 mill to deliver you an OB. I'm not saying that you should be grateful but perhaps local started to spike or the pilot needed to burn off the satellite for some reason. there is as much if not more going on in space as on the ground.
