To add some info - The whole game played out smooth as a babies bum. It was at the end at the summary screen where the game decided to go to the black screen saying the infamous "A Fatal Error Has Occurred" malarkey. I can think of no good reason why :-/

I'm not sure if it's a co-incidence but I'd just previously created an Alt on my girlfriends PSN account (not an alt within my normal account) and been playing around with that. It'd be interesting to know if you guys also have alts on alternate PSN accounts. I hope this gets fixed because I got thrown out of two consecutive FW games and I haven't played since and was thinking I might need to delete and re-install the game. Blue is good, red is bad, orange you glad you're not red?

The most common time for it to occur is right after a match ends, in the first second or two of the after match stats loading. The other time it seems to happen is just after spawning in. This was a rather old install, but I will now try a defrag on th ps3. Google it. "PS3 defrag YouTube" use the top hit. It's simple and helps speed things up anyway, but I don't know if it will help this problem.

Why has this problem reared its ugly head again? Any word from CCP? (By the way guys there are other threads discussing this same issue, the search function is your friend)

I can think of no good reason why :-/ I've had exactly the same experience. On different PSN accounts also, but the message always pops up as soon as the summary screen loads. I support SP rollover.
