Nitrous combined with the base speed of armor tanks completely negates the whole hit and run philosophy that shield tanks are supposed to follow. Nitrous should be effective, but not as effective as it is now where an armor tank can hit its nitrous with 1000hp left and 2 seconds later it is 200m away. Please reduce the multiplier for nitrous to what it was in 1.6. This way it can still be used to compensate for the slow acceleration of armor tanks (not that they have it).
Jihad Jeeps are another topic that CCP should have seen coming.
This is the only problem I have with tanks that can be fixed easily.
GJ on pretty much everything else CCP. After a week or so I'm sure the FOTM will reveal itself and you can over nerf it with your proficiency 5 nerf bat.
So about those vehicle locks...

And this is why we really should have a test server.
We wouldn't be forced to deal with this massive disruption in production if this came out in testing. |

yeah, trust me here, nitrous and madrugar tanks look ridiculous from the air. tank is cruising normally, then it seems to leap 200-300m. it looks stupid.

Why shouldn't they be able to escape and evade? One tank is following a it's hit and run philosophy, while the other is out doing it's counterpart at the things it was supposed to be countered by.
Take of your tinfoil hat sp4kr. All of this hostile talk and insulting of corps (RND) all because they have opinions that differ from yours is getting old. Just because one person believes something doesn't mean all of the people in the corp do.

The irony is that Gunlogis are better at that "Stand and deliver" style of combat than Armor tanks now. I saw one gunloggi take down two maddys. Dude definitely had his "come at me bros," mod activated. |
