I've seen a MD user that never spammed just seem to have timed his shots right and got a kill in 2-3 shots.

Yeah It was mostly situational I think, the ACR has super tight hip fire, a nice sized clip and good RPM...so sneaking up on people most times they didn't get a chance to fight back. My Scout alt is mostly toy anyways....solo play, alot of hide n go hack...stuff for when I get tired of my Main. Hopefully the gun isnt broken because I like it haha..

I mean I've seen people be 90+ meters out and get kills...

That is one way of basing the effectiveness of a weapon as you don't have to get kills but complete the task ahead which is capture objectives which is skirm and dom which I only do. To do that you have to secure an object right? These weapons can easily do this. K/D isn't the only way to get the effectiveness of a gun.
