YES when i see a Caldari running without shield YES i make clean shots but sorry in real combat you just CAN'T. Or you're stupid. Anyway for the people who play like that the "Breach" mass driver is for them.

I mean I've seen people be 90+ meters out and get kills...

That is one way of basing the effectiveness of a weapon as you don't have to get kills but complete the task ahead which is capture objectives which is skirm and dom which I only do. To do that you have to secure an object right? These weapons can easily do this. K/D isn't the only way to get the effectiveness of a gun.
