PC wasnt the most accecable thing in the world and is dominated by shady tactics and sometimes downright cheating.

a very small group of people activly participate in PC, and a much larger group have acess to proto, math should tell you that there will be people who have no acess to PC, in addition to people who want to play more then 1-4 games in a particular day.

not to mention testing PC fits and strats outside of PC.


theres MANY valid reasons to run proto outside of PC.

now stop with the pretence, its OK if you want to grief people, just stop pretending its for some reason other then you feel like griefing people.


trying to claim some sort of moral high ground is counter productive to being a filthy griefer, embrace the grief and wear it proud, dont cloak yourself in white and call yourself a knight of justice for it though.

cool story, but PC wasnt ideal. and so expecting no proto in pubs was unreasonable in the first place.

thats funny i was a proud ninja salvager.
my job was to grief the **** out of high sec carebears by stealing, and blowing up their ships.
theres LOADS of ways to kill people in high sec without concord getting involved that isnt a legal war :P


ive killed and attacked many in high sec without concord intervention, and without first declairing war.

im guessing your a high sec carebear, give me your character name and ill forward it to the tears alliance (if they are still around??) so that you can see exactly what i mean. make sure to take all the shiney **** off your mission boat before hand though :P


not only that but theres no paralell between the two situations, it would be like outlawing T2 in high sec and resticting it to low sec and 0.0

buck up and learn to kill proto suits using basic gear like i do.

theres loads of ways, but yes most of them involve tricking the enemy into marking themselves as a criminal.

it ALL involves careful planning and a good understanding of the aggro mechanics... also you can outrun concord BTW or at least you could at one point in time.

the best results always came from things i diddnt have the ability to do.

but its quite easy to trick people into flagging themselves, just set the right bait or steal from the right people.


if you steal from them and thye shoot at you, your free to shoot them back :P


go ninja salvaging in a quick and small salvage frigate then once they shoot swap ships and go nuke them with your pvp ship :P

ALWAYS log on for patch day, then report the bugs you find.

The limit is 4 rapes, not 12. Then you get a ban until next downtime. It's all in the patch notes.

5000 damage (with or without killing players) will also get you a ban until next downtime.

And in both cases you will lose faction points, which lowers your LP payout. LP payout is the reason you are playing FW. You know, to get the stuff.

CONCORD does not intervene if a T2 ship attacks a T1 ship, they intervene because of the aggression.

I'm not a fan of proto-bears, but if that's what they need to feel good, so be it. I'm more than happy to deprive them of their suits with ADV gear in pubs.
