Dust MUST be balanced from the top down not the bottom up. If you ever notice the top players using certain weapons and suits there is usually a reason why (not FOTM they usually start the trend tbh).
Your KDR isn't high enough to have an opinion. PC is where one can find out how well you really understand the mechanics of this game and how to best put them to vantage. The one requirement that people seem to confuse when we say, "Must be a PC player" is being one that's always on a winning team. It's not the fact that you win PC's that important - but the fact that you're in it enough to understand how things are handled at the highest points of this game. Example: If you play PC enough you'd understand LAV's have a limited use thanks to uplink spam, if you need to go somewhere fast, it's usually to a hot zone or an objective, in which case Uplinks should be nearby, that's how a good team operates. But if you don't PC you'd probably see LAV's as menacing and evil, not just an easy to blow up bucket. If you play PC theres also a good chance you have no skill in piloting any vehicles and have no ability to play effectivelly outside of one role (most likely medium frame / rifle) What I hope you don't mean this. >_> Have you seen the "best players in dust" attempt to fly a dropship? It doesnt go well. How about running a scout suit? Nope, they cant seem to do that either or even running std gear in pubs, but thats too hard for them. A member of the CPM in my opinion should at least try to help out new players instead of stomping on them. They should try something other then cookie cutter crap like FOTM builds and brick tanking. Yet you see almost none of them trying so. Are... you drunk? Maybe you're high? Both?
I didn't realize every good player in dust recorded themselves for you to see. May I have this amazing link to whatever imaginary website you have that lets you see what others can't?
CPM in GENERAL is about helping every aspect of this game - new comers as much as old vets. Regardless of why you got voted in, or what you specialize in, once your CPM you're going to pay attention to new comers and there woes. But what we're talking about is your lack of PC experience to understand the short comings or OP of gears, mechanics, suit set-ups, and how things can be deployed together to give an infinite edge and how it effects the flow of game and how counters are effective or ineffective.
And, please, get it out of your head that every top player is a FOTMer

I think you are missing the question.
Think of it this way.
Why should I vote for you? What do you have in mind? How will you represent me?
Please elaborate. I want to vote for you to support my scoutly bretheren, but you have to give me a reason. I won't vote for someone who just listens to the masses and goes for the majority vote. I want someone who has a very specific set of goals and a set way of dealing with new problems and how you will handle them.
I take voting seriously.

TTK is too short. I see the problem in the rifles and damage mods. While other weapons have stayed nearly the same since chromozone the rifles have actually gotten their hit detection fixed making their damage too great.

Why? because I know what its like to be a scout, I know how underpowered the suit is, I play with NPC corps and PC players alike (abit, in pubs and FW) I have free time to devote to this as well, something too few people have.
I have much in mind, but as a member of the CPM its not just my opinion and goals im going for. I dont want to just benifit myself or scouts, I want the game to benifit.
I wont represent you yourself. To promise such a thing is to start lying like a real politician and im not going to stoop that low. I want to make the game better.
Everyone must also understand, CPM doesnt have any final calls on balance issues, it is literally the nagging voice to CCP from the community.

I'm sorry, I assumed that you would only consider high end PC corps to be the only options.
You do realize that they make up a VERY small percentage of the total playerbase right?
So that is some pretty high expectations.
Also, I DO in fact have PC experience (Intrepidus XI when it was around. Played in Pradox till I retired from PC). Not as much as you perhaps, but enough to know what kind of Nano-hive spammed hell it is at the moment. I would play more, but Proto Scouts aren't really in high demand in most PC corps. They would much rather have a good forger or deathlogi. Scouts aren't very high on their lists of priority.

CPM needs people who are vocal and open, as well on facts with data from in-game and experience. You've already shown you'd put your own opinions above others, even if they have more experience then you, and make beliefs based on opinions rather then facts.

I would of just ignored him. You didn't say anything that sounded like you were chest beating or belittling anyone in comparison to yourself to of made you sound like you consider yourself highly. But mentioning KDR does seem to rattle a lot of peoples hearts around here, though. Lol Excuse me, but CAN YOU READ? In what world does "Quiet noob, I'm talking" not make you sound like a pretentious hemorrhoid? (dang cuss blocker)
This world.
Guess you are new here?

That was an inside joke between me and him, we've been on the forums here together for like a year+ Lol.
Sorry, I misunderstood why you jumped on him.

Im neither, iv seen, talked to and fought against regulars of PC. and if you think you need to run PC to learn the mechanics of this game, you are about as dense as a quasar. Not even a Magnatar? PS. You are sooooo wrong. How can you leave out PC yet speak for the community? The smallest part of the community plays PC. Thats how. LOL. 51 corps own districts involving 16 alliances and 80658 clones. Guess they mean nothing?
Please provide references for all data. Please and thank you. You could at least link them for our convenience.
Also, 82k Clones? How many are active? How many would have enough "experience" to be considered eligible?

CPM helps with balance decisions and helps CCP see how changes effect everyone, both Pubs and competitively, yet you want to champion just the highest percentage of players using pubs?
Quote:CPM helps with balance decisions and helps CCP see how changes effect everyone That itself is a laughable statement. And proof why you're not fit for CPM. CPM needs people who are vocal and open, as well on facts with data from in-game and experience. You've already shown you'd put your own opinions above others, even if they have more experience then you, and make beliefs based on opinions rather then facts.
You think too highly of yourself.

Sorry about insinuating that you couldn't read. I see that I was wrong

You don't care about this game as much as I do, is all.
I would also hate to see a CPM with your lack of diplomacy skills. How could you fall for my trolling traps? CPM's need to be above petty comments.
And before someone comes in and says, "Why not run for CPM yourself then?!"
SoTa for CPM1!
