XD both tanks are under one skill now and you only need lvl one cal or gal for unlocking the racial tanks. dont know what the multiplier on the races are tho. think HAV will be 4x, not too bad really... well i mean to max them both out with modules and stuff. but yeah just the vehicles not tht much.
