Hey everyone, hows it going?
Anyways, theres no need to blow this thing out of proportion.
It only affects the 100% depleted recharge time, so what if it takes more time for them to come back after they're all down. This will make shield players play better in the long run. Reason being is that it runs right up the alley of a hit and run style of play, which good players do extremely well. It also makes shield users play smarter, can't just run in blindly and run out and rinse and repeat.
Personally it is a very small nerf, and i expect something to be nerfed about on armour next.
Please feel free to leave comments about how stupid i am, or about how armour is way better no need to nerf shields, blah blah blah, i've seen it all.

thats a valid point. Not true 100% of the time, but at least shield users cant rush right back in.

I would assume that buffing shields would make people more likely to drop plates not the other way around.
it's not a nerf to total hp. It just means that you simply can't stack them without a penalty. Just like armour.
