If you were a sentient being, then yes, yes it would.
Like me, I'm racist against Caldari.
While they may be an unintelligent sub species, they are still technically a species, and thus my natural hatred of them could be considered racism.
On your end, it's more like taking a poop. It's just natural, it smells bad, and makes a mess.

Depends on the perspectives of other people around you. Mataris and Gallenteans like me might see you as a racist, but your fellow CalAmarri friends won't.

The way I view it, it depends on why you hate them. If you hate them just because they are Gallente or Minmatar then yes; but if your reason is more complex than that, then no. The universe isn't just black & white, there are shades of brown too.

Common misconception. Amarr are, in fact, not racist at all. The Empire is actually very ethnically diverse. The Amarr are very strict on religious views, but are accepting of all who adopt them, regardless of race, and even look out for their enemies through massive ISK care packages when a nation is struck by a crisis. They are very much humanitarians.
The Minmatar and Gallente on the other hand have been showing strong signs of racism in recent events of the year YC 115.
