Which blood line did you pick? If Intaki then you should know that many old intake family groups were exiles during th Gallente/Caldari War for sympathising with the Caldari desire to be independent.
If Straight Up Gallente then sorry.....you dun ****** yourself over a little....
You could always be a test tube child like the EVE side background and simply say that a selection of Ethnic Gallentean living in the State were chosen for a project to create a fully recognisable Gallentean child, loyal to the State, and able to enter the Federation at will due to its open laws.

As did I. Deteis was my fire alt, then True Amarr, and now I have an alt with Civre who I purely use for RP.

You would love this Civre.
He's a manically depressive Crystal Egg Addict, who drinks, fucks, and shoots up so he can forget that he is alive.....otherwise is beset by crippling depression and self loathing brought on by the burn out of his synapses and inability to produce enough endorphins to keep himself positive.
