Think about it. If DPS was lower or HP was higher creating a larger TTK people would be able to stop armor tanking their suits, allowing far more customization.
But hey what do I know.
No you kill this blueberry hacking the CRU we are camping. I already killed the last 2.

That will not do. If DPS for most guns is 500 and most peoples HP is just over 600 removing 10% will make no noticeable change. In fact at 600 DPS the 10 percent is 60 HP less a second. That still means you will likely die in a a second every time. Do the math yourself.

These things need to be treated delicately. The nerf and buff hammers are the reason we are in this mess in the first place. We start small, and if that is not enough then we buff a little more.
Usually I would completely agree with you. However in this case by doing simple math you can see my point.
Does 50 HP a second really seem that much better? Instead of dying in 1 second you will now die in 1.2 seconds. That is still not enough time to react.

I did not give any numbers. I simply stated that in my opinion 10 % is not quite enough. At 10 % I will still be forced to armor tank my logi suit. That is not even a basic armor plates worth of HP.
Besides you even said that you would like to see a 10% nerf to DPS as well as a 50 HP buff to all suits. Hate to break it to you but that is the same as a 20 % nerf to DPS.
MATH. It is always right

When I said armor tanking I was referring to HP tanking in general. What I am saying is that with TTK being so low that it is not worth losing the extra HP to fit anything else. The TTK is making everyone run the exact same builds. If we did not have to use all of our slots to stack as much HP as possible there would be much more variety.

MATH. It is always right My major in college was math. And no it is not the same for all kinds of mathematical reasons that I have no desire to illustrate to you.

So basically you are ignorant and do not wish to explain things. You must be a forum vet.
Now Instead of being an A5s hat how about you tell me how I am incorrect.
If you take 500 DPS and subtract your 10 percent you get 450 DPS. So DPS has lost 50 Hp of damage a second. Now you wish to add another 50 HP which is equivalent to 10% of 500.
Tell me how I am wrong or I will continue to think you are stupid.

Your math is a rough estimate at best.
It is a rough estimate because I was trying to illustrate a point. Sure I could get more technical about it but it is not really needed.
Either way you look at it TTK is an issue. Sure all guns may not do exactly 500 DPS ( look at the scrambler rifle for example which is upwards of 900 DPS or the mass driver which does between 200-400 DPS) But if you extrapolate the data for DPS and compare it over a certain amount of time like 10 seconds for example most of the guns average out at around 500 DPS which is why I used it as an example. If you average out the DPS of all guns in the game it makes it much easier to find a solution to TTK/ DPS because it is more accurate in terms of relative DPS.
