Minmatar heavy is going to be epic: 200shields 300 armor 25 HP/s recharge rate 7s delay 14s depleted delay (can't be all good) 4 highs 2 lows 5.9 m/s movement 6.9 m/s sprint
I tried to put a level into Amarr Commando once, but got a server notification saying "Why?"

I'm sure you meant 4.9 m/s though I doubt it will be that high, 4.2 m/s - 4.7 m/s Yeah, I meant 4.9. It'll probably be in the 4.7-4.9 range since Minmatar are crazy fast. Logi is as fast as a Caldari assault and the assault is almost as fast as a scout. It's going to have the lowest HP ceiling compared to other heavies, but it's going to be able to close in on a medium frame like Albert Haynsworth closing in on a rack of BBQ ribs. This is probably the reason why the HMG took such a range hit. CCP seems to like balancing for stuff still on the drawing board.

You're thinking of the old Amarr Heavy HP amounts, Cosgar. The numbers he posted are definitely a "sufficient lack of base HP" compared to the current suit. ED: Also, 1.8 will give us new Scout suits, almost positive. CCP said they were pretty far along. I'll offer a gentleman's wage of 100 ISK that we won't see a damn thing for Heavy in the patch, though. If that's going to be the Minmatar heavy, I wouldn't spec into it. Way too slow for my tastes.

We can't have the heavy go too fast. It should go faster than the other heavies, but not faster than its mid-frame brethren. Movement was meant to be 4.9m/s. I'll edit when I get home.
