On the contrary the ISA are more galente based, compared to the ammar who are the matari's enemies. I would say the matari are more steampunky, and a bit less fancy; more rust on their stuff, and more justified.
Long live the Helghast! Eff off the Matari are not steam punk. Steampunk is cool....matari not so much. Yeah well at least we have ductape!
