 I believe the Amarr Sentinel Suit Skill (5% reduction to weapon feedback damage per level) needs to be changed for the following reason.
 
 The Current skill does not benefit New and Vet players equally. The infantry weapons with a "Heat Mechanic" are the HMG, Scrambler Rifle and Laser Rifle, of those 3 only the SCR and LR do "feedback damage". Any player that has "Mastered" one of these 3 weapons will undoubtedly learn how to manage heat buildup. As such the current skill only benefits individuals with poor heat management skills, players that have not mastered their weapon.
 
 The Skill offers no benefit to players that manage their weapons heat build up.

 Not the reason why I want it changed, but fair enough.
 
 Personally I'd like to see the role bonus and racial bonuses swapped, but that's just me, and anywho the HMG does not have feedback damage anyways.

 Not only that, it's a skill for a weapon that is not intended to be used with the suit. Scrambler rifles do not work well with heavy suits. Neither do laser rifles.
 
 The only conclusion I can come to is that it IS intended to work with the heavy laser, but theoretically you shouldn't be overheating with that weapon either.
 
 So really, it's just a bad, bad, bad bonus.

 Maybe it's intended to work with some weird charge cannon that always overheats per shot (or on the second shot), would be funny ^^

 The amarr bonus is 2% faster reload per level
 Both skills are useless

 The amarr heavy weapon was intended to cause constant feedback damage when used. The bonus is currently mostly useless, but when that heavy laser weaponry arrives it'll be matched well with the sentinel suit.

 Laser rifles actually do work nicely with heavy suits as a defense at objectives that have wide open space.
 
 
 But that's too situational and isn't entirely useful to have that "bonus".
 
 Most likely it is intended for an Amarr heavy weapon with lots of feedback damage that won't be here until 2016

 Anyhow, the suit doesn't need changing, the weapon variety for heavies does. Scrambler HMG please.

 I'm a fan of the reload bonus, it makes a hell of a difference when reloading the painfully slow HMG, combined with the HMG reload skill and it will save your life in prolonged sieges which I find myself in every day.

Reduced heat build up would be far better.
