I'm sure as hell not playing FW just to save a few PG and CPU on my rail rifle. Simple fact- The cons of FW VASTLY outweigh the benefits.
Let's see how it plays out first.
We can get OBs but they are for EVE pilots to earn only. This will really tighten up the integration of the two games.
Blueberries fragging us will just cause us to wear militia stuff.
Can you imagine guys spawning in proto gear to snipe (like I do), then getting fragged by some self-appointed blueberry judge, then spawning in militia sniper gear and running around in the middle of CQC. The guy will just die over and over then cost the team a fifteen clones.
People want to win, so I really don't think fragging will be a problem. Likely fragging will be more from accidents.
The lack of ISK just makes it necessary to also play regular games to make ISK.
I like savage being based on what was used and not on tables.

I'm a dedicated sniper and I've been thinking about this a bit.
If a blue kills you when you snipe, spawn in a militia assault and hunt the guy who killed you. If you die, spawn in again.
Rinse and repeat.
BECAUSE
If you kill the one blue guy who kills you, you lose very little. Especially if you have high faction staring at the start.
If you die a lot in militia gear, you lose no standings and no ISK but your team will lose a bunch of clones. This will make your team NOT want to frag you because they can't kick you. If you burn too many clones, your team will get closer and closer to losing.
