Na na na na na I'm getting 12m SP back and can fully max out a proto suit and one of the new weapons with all core skills, and you can't because you didn't have SP in vehicles.
Can you see where I'm going with this?
Full respec for all!
(PS partial or full respec doesn't make a difference to me I'll just be growing horizontally now instead of vertically. But at least level the playing field for the less fortunate.)

I don't care, I've already got my SP in infantry, the fact I spent it makes no difference. i probably would've put in all the same places anyway.

A full SP refund is needed every patch until there is more module and dropsuit diversity, because we lack the module and dropsuit diversity that EVE skills has. This or reduce the SP cost in general, and increase it later when there is more gained when putting SP into a skill.

The vehicle users will find their gun game in a couple of weeks and be terrible to fight in a month. It's going to be fun seeing more black yellow and red on the field as everyone buzzes around In what I am guessing to be Amarr assault suits with SCR and Amarr Logis. FOTM?? |

The thing is, none of us have been running vehicles recently. Many like me have resorted to bpos to get them by. If anything, their gun game would have improved. Implying vehicles users are only using them because they can't fight is a fallacy.

I agree and really the only people that will really suffer are the newer players
Remove time in battle from ISK payout formula and provide a bonus to winning team... Watch battles become fun again.

Apparently CPM is pushing for a full respec at least, or at least some of them are.

all the people who started training infantry gear when you started training tanks already have that stuff.
New players can't do this obviously. Because they are new. If they were given a full respec now.... they still couldn't.

Funny how every time respec comes up several morons have to start preaching the FOTM train. The majority of us just want to skill into stuff we couldn't before because it wasn't available. Meanwhile, the tryhards already have SP saved and will spec FOTM anyways. Meh....

I shoot face with the best of 'em......I just like to Skillshot more (Rail Delay FTW  ). I had my OP Bumblebee/Hornet TAC AR days, & I currently Winmatar Gekko my way through waves as I help carry the SL Scrubs to Free OB Kills.....& still come out on top  Shame when you need Full Proto Imperial/Duvo, OBs, & Core Locus Nades to try & keep up with a Tanker in an ADV MinLogi with a Gek.....no Nades

Till I saw Djinn Soul go from Tanker to Assault and wreck face.

If you are infantry you are supposed to live with your decisions.
Partial respec is fine only if they cant put those points into any other skill tree. It was your choice to skill into vehicles so live with your decisions.

I want to play 1 faction with only that factions gear.....this is going to be made possible at last. why are we being punished with the games previous lack of content , which forced us into using skill points which are not based on our preferred faction?

dont underestimate a tankers gun game. blaster turrets have more recoil than AR's... ive seen tankers go infantry and absolutely destroy.

Fairness demands a full respect. As others have said, it'd be nice but not deal breaking for 25mil+ SP infantry like me. But it's essential for newer infantry players who, without a respec, are soon going to get stomped by FOTM former tankers. |
