Heavies have two spines to manage the extra weight of their augmented bodies and armor.
Scout's have two hearts to increase endurance and recovery time.
Anything else, I'm not the best lore guy....

All I've ever gotten is that putting on an amarr dropsuit is a very painful process that may or may not kill the wearer if reversed and that its the suits themselves that have these crazy advancements to them. Also proportionally using a dropsuit in dust requires *far* more skillpoints than it does to use t2 ships, turrets and all their modules in eve. For the same amount of SP my dustbunny has my podpilot can do like 40 things.
