I have decided that for this time around, until I can figure out a better structure, I will be removing the house ticket rule. All the money I put into the pot will stay there, but it seemed like it punished high spenders too much while rewarding single tickets too much as well.
If anyone has any objections to their removal, please let me know. This is the first time I've tried to do anything like this, so I'm kind of just learning as I go.

Wish we had more people willing to try this out, then again it your first time doing this so it going be a small numbers willing to put money down. Just have to keep going at it (like monthly) and it will slowly grow big one day.

Yea, I'm still working out the kinks. Like, I decided not to do house tickets (though I've kept all that ISK in the pot). It was kind of a knee jerk rule added after people attacked me for my 5% commission idea (which is still only 5 million on a 100 million pot, but w/e). So, for right now, I figure I'll just give someone the chance to win a big chunk of money, instead of possibly splitting up part of the prize.
I don't really care if I lose ISK at this point, being a dropship pilot, I've grown pretty accustomed to it
