Come on guys let's get this pot a bit higher, I'll raise it to 25 Million when I sign on in a minute, but the more tickets the better. 250,000 is made in a match or two, or even faster by making a new clone (the ISK is just given to you), so you stand to lose virtually nothing, but could win a pretty descent chunk of change, in comparison to how much you payed. 20% of 25 Million is still 5 Million ISK, and that's just third place.
Bigger pot, bigger payout, let's keep this ball rolling guys.

Currently with 50 tickets, Aqua Regia's odds are looking very good, though there's still second and third place, and if the house wins a prize, everyone gets a slice of the pie.
I think I'm going to post who bought tickets in order from most to least, to give people an idea of where their odds land right now. The way I picture this style raffle is that the richer players risk more but make the pot appealing, where as those who only purchase a ticket or two, while their odds of winning aren't very good, they stand to win so much more just because of how little they put into the pot. Right now the sample size is still pretty small, but that's understandable.
Once I deliver on this one and open up the next, hopefully that will start to bring more legitimacy, and hopefully I can refine the process a bit more to make this an appealing option for everyone, as well as a sustainable one for me.
The drawing is some time on the 10th, tickets can no longer be bought once 1.7 is updated to my PS3

I'd like to see this as a weekly or bi-weekly thing. I like things like this that I hope to win but just end up wasting my time on :P

I've been considering Bi Weekly with a separate holding corp for the cash, so I can start doing corp related things in the hopefully not so distant future. I've been juggling some ideas on how to work out payment for me, because organizing this is a lot of busy work if it kicks off, updating the thread, dealing with Regnyum's, mailing people in game, being responsible for peoples ISK etc etc.
I'm currently thinking of whenever a drawing comes up, the house takes 5% of the total pot. Half of that 5% is converted into House Tickets (of which I can win nothing from, though functions just as it does now), and the other 2.5 is sent to Standardized Munitions as a commission for hosting the event.

Alright sounds good, just remember that House Tickets aren't likely to yield you too much ISK. I figure House Tickets are a way for people to just donate to the cause, without joining in on the gambling, though you can still win some ISK off them.
