Terms and agreements as set forth by A.N.O.N.Y.M.O.U.S and The Southern Legion concerning the official end of the A.N.O.N.Y.M.O.U.S - The Southern Legion war and regarding ceasefire conditions. For the duration of this treaty, A.N.O.N.Y.M.O.U.S will henceforth be recognized as ANON and The Southern Legion will henceforth be recognized as TSOLE.
ANON was given control of all remaining TSOLE districts for the duration of a ten (10) day cooling period, at the end of which ANON will return one (1) district: Bosena Nine (9) - District Ten (10) to TSOLE.
Murder Ink, a member of The Umbra Combine, received their choice of one of the three remaining districts to be given to them as they facilitated the ceasefire. Murder Ink chose Sakulda Six (6) - District Twelve (12). Murder Ink is prohibited from giving their district in any shape, form or fashion to TSOLE.
It is to be known that if either ANON or TSOLE accept any mercenary contracts against either party in the future, from the time this treaty was accepted, whether it be for or against either party, both ANON and TSOLE are prohibited from contributing more than six (6) positions (one full squad) in the team that is combating against either side.
All hostilities between ANON and TSOLE are to cease with the provision that any future combat against one another will be communicated beforehand. All members of The Umbra Combine are immediately allowed to begin rebuilding, without restriction, save for those listed in this treaty. Any violation of the terms specifically listed in this treaty is to be considered a breach of verbal and written contract and the ceasefire agreement will end immediately.
Edit: While we would like to give words of respect for the efforts committed on both sides in this war, we feel that this would be viewed as patronization and have forthwith decided to retain those words, restricting them to private channels. Our full apologies for this.

Hi Aeon,
I will read through and respond tomorrow, most of leadership has been at EVE Downunder in Sydney (was awesome).
Congrats to the ANON boys on a war well fought and will touch base once I return to NZ.
i will do a write up on events from our perspective for the history books.
Thanks to our TSOLE troops that stayed and manned the forts best they could while we were away  you faced some tough fights from ANON and no doubt there was some sad face and rage at times. I hope our stand in leaders can take some lessons from this war and begin to understand the cycle of pc in dust and how it works.

While I am perusing said terms, under no circumstance was anyone in TSOLE, or The Umbra Combine given the ability to negotiate on The Umbra Combine's behalf.
I look forward to REAL negotiations in the future with the ENTIRE leadership of The Umbra Combine.

Well, this is amusing. I'm curious as to what TSOLE plans to bargain with, at this point.
Anyway, sending our CEO a text message - please be patient in the meantime until I can get a hold of them and don't listen to anything on the forums just yet (you guys do have a tendency to jump the gun like that)

The skill base is Dust right now is really, really bad I'll give you that.
I really thought that more corps would step up and try their hand in PC, but I think the majority of Dust is just grinding solo in pubs. I'm not sure what their end state goal is.
Remove time in battle from ISK payout formula and provide a bonus to winning team... Watch battles become fun again.

Sorry Jackal It should have waited. This all happened in the course of a couple days and when I got on negotiations had already been made and we where waiting the final response from ANON. I was there for the final conversation and even by that time things had already seemed set in stone.

If anything happens with our corporation or alliance, I just send a text message to the necessary parties involved and usually get a response pretty quickly. If not, I generally make it an effort to ensure that the people we put in charge aren't going to do something... extreme..?
At any rate, the necessary parties are online if you feel like doing more negotiations.

I don't like the word surrender. Ceasefire is much more preferable. If we were going for surrender we would have established that TSOLE would become our vassal - something I don't think anyone wants.

Well I am just one person, I won't go making suggestions/decisions that will effect our alliance without talking it over with our other officers. Like Jackal said the guys that talked with you did not have proper permissions to talk ceasefire with other corps. They went talking to you without really telling the other officers. When I got on they where telling me they talked a deal with you guys and where waiting your final response. I really did not say anything because I wanted to talk all possibilities out with the main leadership but couldn't because everyone was in EVE Down Under. I did what I thought was best at the time and just O.K'd the deal. Seeing how everyone was burnt out accepting this ceasefire gives our boys time to relax and the rest of our leadership proper time to work out a good official agreement.

And the 72 Dolphins were awesome <3<3<3<3<3! The skill base is Dust right now is really, really bad I'll give you that. I really thought that more corps would step up and try their hand in PC, but I think the majority of Dust is just grinding solo in pubs. I'm not sure what their end state goal is.
this i can agree with tho.
skill in dust is at its all time low no corp other then those already in pc none have stepped up and its sad. ive seen more ppl leave dust then stay and ps4 is just killing it day by day.

well all i can say to you sir is this:
Should of left someone capable to make these decisions in charge or you shouldnt have attacked us knowing you wouldnt be on to do these battles and called for a ceasefire much sooner.
You cannot expect anything to be given back and have nothing to bargin with unless you continue to attack so i mean its kinda you and your leaders fault that there was no communication between you guys to have someone or some kind of board to vote things through while you were gone.
personally i dont have a grudge with you guys at all but Renigging isnt what you want to do.
