Though I'm sure anyone would be aware. Most of the leadership of TSOLE was in Sydney the past weekend, during which this treaty was allegedly agreed to.
While I am perusing said terms, under no circumstance was anyone in TSOLE, or The Umbra Combine given the ability to negotiate on The Umbra Combine's behalf.
I look forward to REAL negotiations in the future with the ENTIRE leadership of The Umbra Combine.

That will be decided at proper negotiations. Not at ersatz negotiations that should have been delayed until EVERY member of the leadership of The Umbra Combine was a) made aware of the situation and b) had the ability to participate.

No, it will not. For The Umbra Combine upheld it's current part of the agreement, and as such, the agreement is in effect until such time as we de4cide to uphold or deny the terms.

The agreement was agreed to as it stands now, and The Combine upheld it's current part in the agreement.
Until otherwise stated, the agreement brokered by membership stands.
