Anyone else is tired of losing to scramblers with permanent scanners, walking uplinks, RE's that cant be removed but can wipe you out, or logi's with more HP than heavies? the last one isnt an exploit just ridiculous. |

Nah....not really. Modded controllers + lag switchers = need for 1,000 hit point logi. Penalty is they move slow as hell....and that sucks, but this game is a tug of war.
You know what I'm tired of? Pissing and moaning because people get killed by other people in a first person shooter game. Its almost like they expect that not to happen.

The permanent scanner is a myth based on a graphical glitch. Walking uplinks is extremely uncommon and to date I've only seen it once.

It does suck when people actually know how to do these glitches and use them to their advantage.
I find the uplink in the hacking terminal to be more annoying as almost everyone will do this now.
I've seen the mobile uplink and kind of understand how it's done but it's pretty rare...think it's done more by accident/experimentation than intentionally. |

Its visual effect only it gives scrambler rifles a flash light effect but doesn't scan all of the time, so that report you filed to whom ever about my corp mate scan rifle T8R will go no where lol.

That's what I figured he was talking about, but I thought he genuinely believed that you could scan someone unlimitedly with a Scrambler Rifle.

Haha, I take it the message telling me I'd been 'reported' wasn't enough?
You got me man, I glued my scanner to my rifle and then set to be permanently on. The light must have been really blinding you for you to go 1/10.
Thank you for the lovely thread in my honour, I will cherish it forever <3 |

Also just as a note we have never done the walking uplink, the RE's are pot luck weather they work as intended, don't work at all or become invincible I don't think there is a way to make them invincible all the time.
Well admittedly once I heard about the uplinks on people I tested it on some poor blueberry and scared the crap out of him but haven't done it since.
