all i know is a proto scout with lvl 3 dampening and enhanced dampener prevents all but duvolle focused scanner. use it all the time now in PC, hasnt let me down yet

i tested that and came to the conclusion it wouldnt drastically save cpu to significantly buff my fit, so it would really be wasting sp. im already pushing my cpus to the max as is.
