Are you assuming that you are an average skilled player?

I would say that if your scores are typical for everyone then the AR and SCR are OP. however, when looking at the scoreboard at the end of the match I doubt that you are seeing 10-15 players on each side scoring 20+, your low end score, kills.

I would say that they take less skill in CQC then several other weapons but they are also necessary for the games survival, otherwise you would need to reduce TTK even further than it already is.

Why? Because if all the weapons needed a high level of natural skill to gain kills then the majority of the player base would not have any chance of killing anything while those few high skilled players will find it even easier to kill everything since most of the player base will not be able to use any weapon effectively enough to get a kill shot.

Stomps can be very bad now but if you up the skill needed to use all of the weapons then games become even more boring and if average players have little chance of killing others then they will leave.

I think the message applies here as well, I'm sorry it may not be skilled to your tastes, but not everyone should play the role of a scout or use a PLC. Whatever enables us to kill efficiently barring legitimate exploits we will do, and live another day.
