NCM is a Caldari based RP/PVP corp in both EVE and DUST. We are a member Corp of one of the oldest and most well respected RP/PVP alliances in EVE called the Ishukone-Raata Enforcement Directive (I-RED)
I-RED has a working relationship with most all members of the Caldari Militia in EVE and has RP'ed their way into being recognized by CCP as being the officially Capsulleer Organization of the Ishukone Megacorporation and has the full approval of Mes Rappolla (Current CEO of the Ishukone Megacorporation) to act for the interests of Ishukone in game. We are always interested in spreading the interests of the Caldari State. More land means more profits after all. |

Let me try and help things along here. I was raised on a backwater Ishukone Colony on the border of Black Rise and Lonetrek. I was trained how to fight by my father's First Mate, An old Brutor man who was a veteran of the Amarr/Minmatar Wars. I came from humble beginnings and applied to be a test subject for the "Clone Soldier" trials Ishukone was having. Three of us survived the implantation process from a pool of three hundred.
I say all of this not to put on airs, nor to talk myself up. Rather I say all of this as an example. If I, a poor and not very well educated fisherman, can rise to become the CEO of a Corporation then why can we not rise to greater heights. The Saani Sabik (Branch of the Blood Raiders) taught me to be the best that I possibly can be. Why then not can the Soldiers of the State do the same? We are Caldari. We were taught from birth that if it means forwarding the goals of our Megacorporations then nothing was to high a price.
Unless I am mistaken we are all Caldari. We were all raised to become masters of both back room politics and the martial forms. Let us not squabble between ourselves over petty things such as leadership or direction. We already have those things. Our leaders are the CEO's of our Respective Megacorporation and the Board of Directors of the State. Our Goal is to make a profit for the State.
It doesn't matter if we are one corp or legion. We are all Caldari. We are all Members of the State. And it is under that banner we should rally. My men are ready to strike out for the glory of the State when they are needed. I hope everyone else present feels the same.

My opinions on Heth-Haan's dogs of war aside. As long as we agree to fight under the banner of the State that is all of the "uniting" I feel we need. The state has taught us that we function at our strongest by being individuals bound together under a common goal. Diversity and hardship breeds strength. but I am not here to argue semantics. I am here to forward the goals of the State. |

I will message those here that are not in the caldari channel tonite Yes indeed, just about everybody knows that channel and just about everybody is on that channel. Thank you Jane for being adamant about pushing the idea of a secure comm channel. A line of communication is what we need. It can be a good starting foundation for those loyal to the cause. It is also imperative that those receive invitation to a secure channel must remember to not give out the info so freely and casually.
It is refreshing to hear another's voice who believes in security of information. And to clear something up Arck-Haan my Surname is Johnston. Nauticlone is a nickname my cousin Crazy Captain Nemo gave me to help tell us apart. Nemo Blood Raider bastards, how can you live with yourself for dealing with their ilk?
I have nothing against the Saani Sabik, I was fortunate as was my cousin to be able to sit down with a few of their members a few months back and discuss philosophy and politics. While I may not agree with all of the Sabik's practices the core value of always striving to be better is an admirable one. Also...It might have something to do with the Brutor blood flowing in my veins "Anyone who opposes the Empire" and all that...and in case you were wondering that was me being cheeky ;p |

When Ishukone was first testing the Clone Soldier Implants they took volunteers from backwater colonies that in the grand scheme of things meant nothing. That way should the trails prove fatal, and in many cases they did, no one of importance would raise their voice. So in exchange for becoming a test subject I got a ticket offworld and the knowledge and skills to defend Ishukone to my last breath. well...that and the connections to forward some of my Clans more...clandestine...pursuits. |

Most of what occurred to both myself and my cousin is highly classified and I am not able to elaborate on it...suffice to say I have personally conversed with Mes Reppolla and remember when there were many more side effects besides just mental instability. I am not of the Minmatar nation though I can trace part of my lineage to Brutor space. |

Is RP a requirement? Are you expected to be in character at all times or only whilst in certain sections of the forum and such?
I know Providence Guard (correct me if I'm wrong Jacques) says that they expect you to have Caldari everything besides the exceptions.
Is that the same with the other corporations who has participated in this thread?
Thanks in advance for the replies. The info is great to have.
My Corp has no RP requirements and we rarely do, but I do a ton of it EVE side and really get into it when given then chance...so sorry...but no I don't believe RP should be a requirement but EVE RP is fantastic and has a hug following and to neglect that part of New Eden I think would be folly so some RP somewhere I think would be great. Usually if my Allaince is RP'ing within one of the chats we post markers (IC) for instance to let everyone know who we are when we speak. |

(OOC have you read Templar One? The Entire last chapter is dedicated to Mens Rappola and Mordu cutting a deal for Mens to make the implants survivable and for Mordu to bring the bodies so that they could break the monopoly on the Sleeper tech that the Empire had)
Templar One was where they first were placed into a human but the technology was Sleeper in origin. Jamyl is the one who put the tech in his head, Mordu is the one who rescued him from her. You are missing what I'm not saying...there was a generation between the raw Sleeper implants that were put inside the Templars and the implants to most Clone Soldiers carry around today. |

True indeed. I arrive at piloting at a time where some severe changes are on the horizon. The positive is that, in a sense, the grounds become somewhat equal again. So that could be a plus for me as I look to earn my wings. Just to give folks a heads up, I have just received notice that I have to work on the day that FW changes come. In fact, I won't be off till Friday. I will try my best to get in a couple of matches before I heard off to the office. Rest assured, my rifle will be ready all weekend long to aid in the war May our ancestors and The Way guide us in war. o7
If you want some pointers in the art of Piloting, or as my SIC Famine Walker calls it, extended crashing, I would be happy to assist. Contact me in game and I can help you along if you want. |

I'm not on elitist, but the gal.corps are already running full teams of proto and we need to keep the random blues out of the battles we fight. Every match my squad fought yesterday, we where the only ones able to hold an adjective. It was a bloodbath on the poor blues. It felt like i was in pubs. Most of the corps i seen yesterday on gal. Side where all pc corps, so we know they will be able to afford proto long term.
This^ is a good awareness post for all Caldari loyalists to take heed to. If you're not in proto suits and still wish to aid the effort, do not fear. Make sure you roll with a squad. If not, try to stick with players in hopes of building comradery with them. This can be done by speaking with other players on the mic. Even if no one responds, 9 times out of 10 they are listening. If the heat of battle turns up, try not to berate and get too excited. Remain calm. A calm voice will be a rock to other players. Call out what you see. Comms is the glue that binds. Use it wisely and effectively. Also be disciplined. Restrain from being kill horny. If you're outmatched and see your life bars depleting rapidly...RETREAT!! Gather your wits and reassess the situation. We need to be cautious of our clones for any objective based match can quickly turn into a bonafide ambush pub stomp. Revenge is winning the battle. We are here to win the war. When you fight with anger, your thoughts are not clear. Your reaction is not as smooth. Your grace will fall. Remember that. Nothing is worse than a cool calm calculated killer on the battlefield. That will show in your actions. Concentrate fire as well. Do not concern yourself with KDR or if someone stole your kill. Any death given to the Gallente is a good one, no matter who's rifle it comes from. If you concentrate fire on these protos, they fall quickly. That's why we have so many complaints about protostomping (IMO). Blueberries don't work with each or concentrate fire to cut the "giant" at his heels. It can be done. Red eyes can be dead eyes. As you concentrate fire, remember your lane. Friendly fire will be on. Erratic movements can be problematic if your standing besides your brothers in battle. Maintain your discipline!! Only revive when the immediate area is cleared. Know your surroundings. Reviving for a whooping 60 WPs is not ideal when your comrade has fallen yet again to a red that hasn't been disposed of. That's two clones within nanoseconds. Those two clones can mean the difference between a victory or defeat. Assist the heavies. Folks are not that afraid of heavies and will rush them. If you see this happening, back them off!! Even if you're not hitting the target, suppressive fire can do wonders to help you and your teammates gather yourselves for a better offensive. When this is done, the red will have a "oh ****" moment and most likely jump. While you're keeping the red busy, the heavy should just be melting away any armor or shield he has stacked. Lastly, battlefield awareness is a must. In order to defeat the enemy, you must understand the enemy and think how he will think. Check those corners when you enter in enclosed environments. Look to heights since the most common strategy now is, the higher the merc, the more kills he can get without dying. Listen for gunfire!! Check your six!!! Constantly use your peripherals to detect moving objects on your screen that may or may not know of your location I don't profess myself to be an elite player. But I do understand and know several ways to be competitive in battle. War is never pretty. Leave your tears at the door. Whatever adversity you face, remember that there is always a way around it. It's just hidden in the perceived threat. Work with each other as a unit. If we can do these few things, victory is assured. May the Way guide you all in battle!! For the State! o7
You give truly good advice Arck-Haan. Just a quick update, NCM was running two four mans squads in FW for the last four hours or so. We won most of our matches and hopefully gained some ground in the fight against the Gallente NCM would gladly que sync into any and all FW matches in order to build large, well organized teams that can push back the oncoming Gallente storm.

The Nova Corps Marines will not merge or be absorbed by a different or new corporation. The State is a Confederacy, and I feel it would be tantamount to heresy to believe that the traditions set down by our Ancestors be defied. The Caldari people have always worked better as individuals working together towards a common goal, unified in honor, loyalty, and tradition.
Only by going back to these founding principles can we hope to prevail over our enemies, for to do anything else would be to become them, and in doing so lose that which makes us Caldari.

If you guys want/can if a list of those who are not "loyal" can be generated with reasons as to why they are not loyal I can create a "Blacklist" of people who are confirmed spies/infiltrators and then ban them from the channel. Depending on how strict we want the rules to be we can create a three strikes rule for corps. if three of your members are found to be spys your corp is banned from the channel. I have admin rights in EVE and I can make stuff like that happen, I just need to know what you guys want.

just some advice here from experience. The CEO needs to have the corporation skills MAXED OUT. It is also better is an EVE Pilot is CEO due to Capsuleers having more abilities as far as corp management (they get extra tabs to play with).
On a side note, the State is a confederacy of corporations and I feel like Kirjuun Heiian is a smaller version of this ideal. I would propose that this new corp, whatever it be named, be a meeting ground for all mercs who simply want to support the State. make this corp a coalition of Caldari aligned merceneries within the Kirjuun coalition.
I also have a question, this new corp. is it going to be a "training corp" ? that is to say, is it going to exist solely for lone mercs who want to fight under the glory of the Caldari banner or will we use it to filter out those who are not truly loyal to the cause before they are brought into the other members corporations of Kirjuun Heiian? and yes a meeting is in order and is scheduled for a week and a half from now as per the first meeting of the Kirjuun Heiian representatives.

I must apologize my fellow Caldari. I am very adept at handling small scale interaction and planning. Leading small groups into battle is almost second nature, but first and foremost I am a warrior. I have been since my youth when my days were spent hauling up fishing nets with my father and learning how to fight from his first mate.
But when things get this large I tend to get out of touch, to many variables involved you see. So I return to what I know, patching up my wounded and creating more wounded for the enemy to deal with.
All this to say I apologize for my absence this last week in our growing community. I am still committed to the cause but I must confess that I am at a bit of a loss as to the direction our original venture is taking. The original creators of the Kirjuun Heiian need to meet again, as do I feel the newcomers to the fold, so that those like myself who have been caught up in the busyness of life might get a better understanding of what all is happening within our beloved State. And more importantly what we can do to continue the glory that it holds.
