I think 10% is the limit, more than that it's robbery, pretty much.
-1.7 ranges: AR 42m -> 48m, TAR 65m -> 60m

Yes, it's a lot of ISK going into PC, but we also get them back from districts, so I believe it's a balanced on-going :)

we started with a 10% TR , we had around 20 players at the begining , and every week we could afford 2 clone packs for the weekend . we kind of found it hard to maintain a good PC presence but on that budget was quite hard , and trying to take a district with 120 clones will take you three days of attacking (providing you win) .
any higher than 10% (non fundraising) would probably start putting people off , hell we had 1 guy take offence to our's , threw a wobbler in corp and then bailed . we have dropped ours now ( as we have 1 district, but would be interested in a PFC one if available) down to 7% . |

It seems a little pointless having it any higher when its just my account doing any earning - you are welcome to join me and ill raise it to whatever you like? 
although at 1% we'd only need 200ish pub matches each and we could buy a clone pack for pc! (might need to hire a few ringers though) |

When you make 200k-300k on average and close to 2mill in PC (and that's just the end of match pay) 10% is nothing.
