Hmm, so you want it to be that proto gear can only be run by the megacorps?
And then make adv gear too expensive to be used by regular people?
Yes because I'm sure that will fix Proto stomping!

Since the gear you kill in a match adds to the pool your team earns in a match, one match after your team clearing out 20-30 proto suits would fund you enough to run 2 or 3 matches in basic-adv gear against evenly matched teams. So you loose money quicker, but you gain it faster as well. And if pub stompers find that they are only clearing around 350,000 ISK for going 31/2 against noob players but loosing around 1,400,000 a match doing so, many will be eventually deterred from running them every match, thus leading to more people using lower level gear, and thus leading to at least slightly more balanced matches (at least gear-wise). Makes sense to me.
Your Assuming people at the top will be bothered by 1.4 mill, when he's got 999 Billion he isn't gonna give a monkey's uncle about his ISK.
Before you could consider this, we need to
1) Rebalance Corporation Incomes
2) Add player Market
3) Make suits require production / production time

No, not assuming that. Well HE may be. I AM assuming that not all pub stompers have access to unlimited funds, and this would cut down on the total number of people who are able to pub stomp full time. I am ALSO assuming that newer players will eventually gather that when faced with pub stompers they can run cheap gear/starter fits and make a mint off of them whether or not they win the match. This would allow new players/poor players to farm rich players for their ISK. However, there are plenty of things that would make this go more smoothly, and plenty of other things that would need to happen first. Not the least of which are some of those you listed. I'm just spit-balling some ideas since my insomnia is acting up and it's kinda lonely on Dust around the down time hours. Thank you for discussing the topic seriously though, it's so tiring trading insults all day...
No problem Ripper, I always prefer discussion to slinging *****. Had to take a step back from the tanker threads for that reason.
I understand what your saying but is it fair to screw ovrer the poor guy who is barely making ends meat.
