Shield recharge rate, recharge delay, and depleted recharge delay. I'm not by the game right now. But from experience it feels like that the suits, mainly the assault, and basic med frames all have the same shield recovery stats. Shouldn't the caldari suits have better shield recovery stats to emphasize their shield tanking theme?
And possibly a slightly altered CPU, and GP supply that isn't identical to the gelente suit.

Logi Support Focused. Heavy Defence Focused. Scout.... Mobility Focused. I'm noy talking about bonuses, I'm talking about a straight up buff.

How can you possibly justify an increased base shield recharge rate? Just the Caldari because they are shield tankers, are are currently a little outclassed by any other suit that decides to heavy armor tank.
A buff to their recharging ability is better then a straight HP buff.

I can honestly say that the shield on the Assault is way better than the Basic in response to weapons fire and damage .
