hi we are a new corp(ex qcgold) and we d'like to join pfc.we have awesome guys but we need to practice to join the big league. so i have somes questions like do it cost something to get a distric?,can i use ringers? ( will not use big corp ringers ),can we arrange the fight to get all my guys online? who i have to talk to to get a distric? how much time i can keep it? are we safe from big corp? and can we make money out of it to make fund to have gears to play pc? thanks to anyone helping me (ps excuse my terrible spelling im french)

You will want to talk to AE about that, but ringers are not allowed on PFC players from your corp and alliance only. The purpose of PFC is to train your corp/alliance not pay an experience corp to hold a training district on your behalf.

here let me help you get on pfc:
step 1: stroke AE's ego by kissing there a$$ on the forums
step 2: be the pivot man in their circle jerk
step 3: make sure you jiggle their balls during step 2 (they really like that)
step 4: if 1-3 is successful you may now ask them to f*ck over an established corp that has not followed these guidelines for your new district
and if you do an exceptional job through all these steps you will even be allowed to bring ringers of your choosing to any and all battles. hope this helps and good luck in your endeavors. |

How about earning it? Why not pick a corp that you think you can beat on PFC by a clone pack and go for it. |
