DUST Search - Anyone noticed the new ISK locus grenade on the market?

No still at what its at, but like i said the first time, i cannot bind to mouse button, its a razor naga with 17 buttons, not supported by the PS3 and the mouse binds on pc are saved in software on the pc so they dont carry over to ps3 either...

So grenades are still special olympics, but i am not used to spamming them as they "in all other shooters" are used to gain a tactical advantage, so you ussually keep them until you NEED them......ill just take those 10 deaths in a explosive heavy game...i don't really care about grooming my KDR..

I much more prefer the effect of "Oh ****, Shepards in this game"

This grenade usually instantly kills full health proto gallente logi's. Since damage mods are more popular now, high shields seem less popular now for Gallente logis. This grenade works well against proto players up close or behind small bits of cover. Hard to use because of the small blast radius. But the reward is well worth it. The best part about the grenade is that it only costs roughly 3500 ISK and is in the advanced tier. Let the grenade spam up close begin. I have had much success already with it.

Now that they are available on the market for ISK it is possible to practice with them constantly and actually be able to use them well after a while and never run out of grenades. Before they were available on the market it was clear to everyone that trying to use them was a worthless effort because they were so rare and by the time you became proficient at using them you probably would have ran out of them anyway. There availability on the market changes the game a lot.

I much more prefer the effect of "Oh ****, Shepards in this game" Well it is kind of nice that these M8 grenades are available for less SP, since really skilled players can put those 900k SP needed for proto grenades elsewhere. I do not want to skill into core locus, because it is a scrub weapon. Will try out M8 to get the feeling for them, if/when I start playing Dust again. KDR > ALL ME > KDR ME > ALL

I use the M8 Packed Locus Grenades a lot. But I always come crawling back to the M1s half the time because I know that M8's cant win every situation.
