Complex plates are shite when you compare how much CPU/PG it costs to the increase in HP and the increase in speed penalty. Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

I armor tank my caldari logi because out strafing people is no longer viable. I wish I skilled into the gallente logi which is the best suit in the game by far.
