By their logic:
SP Refunds are against Consumer laws as well especially if any of them have been boosted and spent into vehicles or previously before infantry. These are skill point you work just to spend into specific vehicle skills are no longer going to the game as of 1.7.
You should be demanding your real money you paid into boosters for to buy those 'powerups' then compensation for time spent acquiring the sp to buy that skill.
They should also be trying to sue over downtime every day if they have a passive or active booster that runs through that duration.
Hell by their logic;
Software Updates are against Consumer laws as well, because its not what they paid for.
Which would just make about every console game in existence illegal to own because nearly all of them do the quick first time startup download after you put the disk in these days.
Slow clap...
Congratulations on entirely misrepresenting the point, you'll do well.
Just for the cheap seats, let me define the actual problem.
Here's what it's not: 1. It's not that 4 limited value soon to be obsolete BPO's are being removed
2. It's not that everyone complaining is an entitled cry-baby who can't read a contract
Here's what it is: 3. It is that CCP advertised to the player base that they should spend money to get AUR, to purchase BPO before they went off the market
4. It is that CCP made a representation that BPO's in inventory would be safe
5. It is that it is now evident that BPO's in inventory are not safe
6. It is that customers purchased AUR based on the above representation by CCP, and feel they have been misled by points 3, 4, and 5
7. It is that AUR refund that would only allow customers to purchase limited use items, as there is no longer the option of purchasing BPOs within the Dust ecosystem
8. It is that a number of customers are seeking a refund outside of the offered AUR, as the Dust ecosystem holds less value to them with the removal of BPOs
Let me know if I need to dumb it down for you a bit more, and maybe think twice before you post hyperbole when representing of someone else's viewpoint. |
