Yes, Vehicle users buy their modules (Hi, I buy my modules), but BPOs allow use to significantly cut costs, I have a fit that is all BPO for my Gunnlogi, and it's a A.I Tank, so while it doesn't really match up against other tanks I can still waste lots of Infantry for about 250k. And because I'm not an idiot this tank can last for 5 matches very easily, mainly because I'll run to the Redline as soon as I get damaged. so 250k for a tank that earns me a minimum of 150k a match, despite losing every match and getting about 10 kills. No real risk compared to my 1.3mil Tank that would take me more than 5 games to get the cost back.
And as one of those people that paid 30 Aur (not 50 xD) I don't really mind getting 50 or 4800, but the 4800 makes it feel like it's CCP's way of saying "Hey you, thanks for supporting us in the beta, before all these randoms got here and started crying about losing their BPOs and threatening to take us to court or some ****." So yeah :)
lol... so you admit your bpo tank isn't competitive, you admit you are making profit on this deal... of course your not upset. your biased and making out like a bandit.... Sure, my 250k ANTI INFANTRY TANK is not very good against another Tank which is quite well equipped to deal with other Tanks, go figure. And mate, I don't even use Aurum so I don't give a damn, I wouldn't care if they gave me the 30 Aurum back. If CCP could find a way to see who bought their modules at a certain price, sure go for it. I'm not biased, more I want a risk game, I want a reason to log on and I want a reason to not want to die other than my KDR. Edit: lol, you spent 500$ on a free game? LOL. Oh and 10 months, good job, wooh, so what?
I was just lurking, but damn! $500 on a f2p game? That merc MUST be mentally deficient.
