I know some people that have received a refund for packs they bought after spamming Sony with phone calls. If your not happy contact Sony. Maybe if Sony refunds enough money they might get involved.

I can speak from experience. I like my bank account. 9 phone calls.

I pay for the best internet around. in fact I have both DSL and Cable during that time because of the issue. Any other online game worked except for Dust. Fool you don't know what I dealt with. Uninformed person who bends over for the latter.

These personal insults are getting ridiculous. Why would a 15 year old call Sony and be taken seriously.

And maybe we'll loose any chance of having DUST get ported over to PS4 in the future too... Every action has a consequence.

On the flip-side, CCP if this is the sort of tactic your playerbase is considering in order to get satisfaction out of your game, then you may want to listen to the "wake up" call for what it is... Kinda like this was:

I'm curious as to what actually got "refunded". Everything is consumable. It sound like you just begged Sony until they gave you 20 bucks to shut up and took nothing in return. I still have the Aur and BPOs and BC from a merc pack, maybe I'll whine for 20 bucks.



If you want things to get better it's best not to kick a struggling game in the gut. The tactic worked in EVE because at the time it was highly profitable, and the dedicated action by the playerbase showed their rage. Not to mention this action affects Sonys attention more than CCP so it does little to motivate devs to do better and just motivates Sony to stop giving a ****, really hurting it's chances of going to PS4.

Here we have a situation where people instead of denying to pay for future stuff (in a f2p game) they want refunds. If this game is really so bad that it's worth refunding your packs by back channeling through sony, just stop coming on the forums, and stop playing. I don't mind people who don't like playing or don't like the direction it's going but it grinds my gears when they dedicate so much effort to post on the forums and play anyway.

I bought the pack right before the new launch. Thinking it would have been a good investment. Then I had all the problems with staying in game right after the hack shut everything down for the couple of days. If you have lemons make lemonade and dust currently is a lemon slowly getting better. I might reinvest if they get their crap together.

I've spent so much money on so many crappy games, but thats the way it is. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. But believe me, nobody wants to hear you cry.

It shouldn't be a loss when it comes to product, if it's broken at the time you purchase it you return it or warranty it. That is the difference from the old school and new generation. The new generation is to willing to accept a crappy product. The break it replace it mentality. What happened to buying something that should work and last.

That was what was so good about the early gaming years. You rented the game tried it, if you liked it you bought it a patch or new release didn't break the game. PC STILL DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY, EXPLOITS, LAG, AND MORE. PC was one of the main components of this game that is broken.

yep but besides that theres no competetion in pc, good players gather in big corps and do what they do in pub matches all day: protostomp. only differnce is in pc there challenge is to master the lag. sadlol

well, you are roght about retrurning products, but this doesnt work anymore for video-rent shops are dying thx to video on demand, and no big electronic market will take an opened game back, due to "piracy-problems" ( aka easy way to rip off customers) its not the generation which sucks, its the tricky sneaky tricks the industrie uses to **** us up
