I know some people that have received a refund for packs they bought after spamming Sony with phone calls. If your not happy contact Sony. Maybe if Sony refunds enough money they might get involved. |

And maybe we'll loose any chance of having DUST get ported over to PS4 in the future too... Every action has a consequence.
On the flip-side, CCP if this is the sort of tactic your playerbase is considering in order to get satisfaction out of your game, then you may want to listen to the "wake up" call for what it is... Kinda like this was:

Actually I just want a refund of the last pack I bought. I bought it right before Dust went to crap with the HD fix in 1.6 that broke all the band-aide fixes they previously did. And right before the "Please Proto-Stomp" November events were announced. If Dust survives to the next November, going forward November should be forever known as Black-Suit November. |

If I bought a product that fractured in half after the first use because of faulty production, I would be entitled to either a replacement or a refund. Since Dust cannot give replacements, the only option is a refund for many.
Even globally well known companies such as Microsoft had to coin from their own pockets with the "Red Ring of Death" incident.
A faulty product hastily created and sloppily deployed = loss in profit.

bank was pretty 10 days after the big server crash earlier this year. and I had several disconnects over a 45 day period. I believe I posted many times on forums with no results. don't work ask for a refund. broken game ask for a refund. unhappy with service ask for a refund |
